I forgot just how satisfying a well made hamburger is. The service was great and burger even better.

4 of us were going to see Joe Bonamassa last Friday night, we got into town 2 hours early so we could have a meal b4 the show started, it was about 6.30pm, the place was packed, and had only 1 person taking orders, my wife and I decided to split a cheese burger and medium fries with medium ice tea ($21) we waited about 30 minutes, and F#%K the peanuts, thanks but no thanks,when we finally got our burger, I went to pump the ketchup dispenser, and it was empty, it took me about 5 minutes to get someone attention, to give me a couple paper ramicans of ketchup, also no straws for tea,gotta say,burger wasn't bad,fries pretty good,the couple we were with spent $42 on 2 burgers, they never did get any ketchup,as they couldn't get anyone's attention, so we shared ours,we spent almost an hour there, and,ketchup pump was never filled,nobody cleaned the tables, they just brushed the wrappers and such off tables, never wiped them down, I'm sticking with In and Out Burgers, learned a lesson, have d

Used to have good burgers . Today store was understaffed . Got my order wrong after I clearly asked for it then blamed me . All was good til I bit into old meat that tasted like it had been in grandma's ice box a few months too long
