Jimmy John's

Can i leave a zero star review? I ordered my Jimmy John’s to be delivered because I work around a mile away and can’t leave from my shift. I have been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes as of now. Best part is this order was placed from credit they gave me when they gave me the wrong sandwich last week in the drive-thru. I’m done with this location. I have also called twice and was told they are “busy.”

Didn't knock or update on delivery, so order Sat outside my door forever, with door dash never being updated. Ordered and payed for 2 ranch sauces, only got one. Sandwich was lacking the main ingredient- turkey.

This Jimmy John's is set up with a drive through, which I'm sure works well for them but I felt like the dine in customers didn't receive the same attention. When I got my drink there were black flex floating in it. I thought it was just the drink I chose so I dumped it and chose a different one, but it turns out it was the machine. I noticed the was a different machine behind the counter for drive through customers. The tea was fine so we ended up having that. Then we went to look for a table and all of them were dirty with crumbs from what I imagine were earlier customers. I enjoy Jimmy John's, so we go there often, but I was disappointed with this experience. I might go back here, but only as through the drive through.
