I walk into the store with no customers waiting in line, I'm the only customer. And told that I have to wait at least five minutes to order because they have 4 on-line orders in front of me. This is not the first time I have to wait. I never do! Lucky I have a Jimmy Johns's down the street with 2 drive throughs. This location is always under staffed and a customer should never have to wait for people sitting at home!
This location is great, clean and food was fresh and cold cuts we're just that cold and I love that. This sandwich artist that was there when I went at 1:10 pm on 11/13 was the best and took care of me and my guest beautifully. Kudos to her, sorry I forgot her name.
Most of the local Subway restaurants are terrible, luckily I have found the anomaly. Kaitlin is the great. Her sandwiches taste amazing! Their bread is always fresh, never stale. The restaurant is clean and well kept. This is the only Subway I go to in Kansas City
