Jimmy John's

Amanda took my order and suggested the new beef crunch sandwich, it was delicious. Amanda was super friendly. Food came out very fast per usual. I dined in and all of the staff were cheery. It’s nice to see when most places the staff look a little sad. Amanda didn’t miss a beat, she asked everyone if they wanted to try the new sandwich, had a smile and friendly tone with each customer. Coming from the restaurant industry I appreciated seeing great customer service.

Let me start off my saying we love jimmy johns…but this location has Super bad service. I ordered 2 sandwiches and just look at my sandwich. I am sorry but this is really awful service. The guys have one job to make a sandwich and they are just horrible. This location is no good.

The service was absolute garbage. I eat quite a bit of jimmy johns. So I was in the area and decided to get a sandwich. My initial order was wrong. I asked for banana pepper but they put spicy peppers on it. Which is an easy mistake. So I went back in and told the employees. The employee in the red shirt and blondish hair just gave me a small container of banana peppers. I asked him to just remake it and he acted like I was out of line. But he begrudgingly remade it. I went back out to my car to eat my new sandwich and it tasted dry so I just asked them to add a splash more oil and vinegar. He acted like I was stupid and rewrapped and threw my sandwich on the counter and stormed off. I'd like to not the other employee with the dark hair was nice the whole time. It was just the other employee that was rude.
