McDonald's

Love this McDonalds, but can someone please learn to run a line or go back to one order station. Last 3 visits they can’t figure out how to alternate cars and at time seem to quit taking order from whatever line I’m waiting in. If you can’t figure out how to run two line for the love of God please go back to one line. Then at each window they ask you 3 times what your order was…because they know that no one is in the order they should be in line. It’s ok if this happens once in a while… but it’s the norm at this location.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We pulled off the interstate to get dinner for the kids at 7pm on Sunday. The lights, screens, and menus were lit up. We waited to order at the drive thru for about 5-10 minutes, and while we were waiting another 12 cars lined up next to and behind us. No one ever came on over the speaker. I pulled up to the pay window and knocked loudly on the glass, but again no one responded. We tried calling the restaurant 3 times, no answer. As I pulled through the pick up windows I could see an employee pressed up against the wall near the kitchen and 2 more nearby talking, but none of them would acknowledge the people in line at all. We left, and went to another McDonald's nearby which was closed?! So, in total we wasted about 40 minutes getting no food for our kids. What an epic disappointment.

Could have been better. And I'm not picky. I love the spicy chicken sandwiches . The lady repeated my order for me to verify it was mine and checked the bag. Problem is when you order two sandwiches ya should receive two.nobody wants to drive back for that stuff. But maybe I should have checked myself...
