Starbucks

I realize that you are busy but, when you make a customer wait 12 minutes for a simple (blonde roast) black coffee and they still did not get it I find it hard to believe you will retain happy customers. I would of continued to wait for my coffee had I not had to be somewhere but unfortunately I had to leave before receiving the coffee I paid you for. I would of never thought that it would take longer than 12 minutes to get a simple coffee, especially since there were at least 5 associates behind the counter working. Your prices should also be a reflection of your service and in this case they obviously are not.

This is a typical Starbucks but the seating is pretty limited. There's only one table for more than 2 people inside and not a lot of seating in general. Otherwise it's fine and the staff was nice. It was just hard to seat our group.

Welcomed me when I walked in. Parking is limited and right off of a busy street so don't park in convenient spots if you don't want your car to get scratched or bumped. Bathroom is clean. Not a lot of seating. It's in a plaza so there is no drive-thru. They have a lot of staff and seem to get the job done quick. Popular location for plugging up for productivity, so get there quick!
