Great and friendly service! Clean restaurant with typical fresh JJ fare. Sometimes, when the craving hits, you must have to have one of these subs. No "subs"titution. Yup, I know. It was a terrible pun.
We ordered the minis for a party this weekend and there was one slice of lunch meat per mini sandwich, it was all bread. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING JIMMY JOHN'S Crystal Lake!!! Waste of $50.00.
I have had it with this Jimmy John’s location. I have been ordering from them for a long time, but over the last few months, they have been messing up my orders more and more. They just now messed up my order completely. The person who made my sandwich answered the phone and not only did I not get an apology, they told me it’s going to be a long wait because they’re “backed up and only have one driver”. I understand that, but I placed my order well before everyone else and my remake should have been jumped to the top of the queue. Or maybe offer me a free drink or a free cookie or refund my order! Ridiculous.
