Buffalo Wild Wings

The food was good but the service was horrible. The server was nice but she was too busy flirting with a coworker to acknowledge her tables. When our wings came out it took almost 15mins for a server to check on us. We had no utensils or napkins and we were waiting to get them before eating. I was literally watching the waitress flirt and flip her hair in the front of the store but I couldn’t make eye contact to get her attention and the other servers were running around and I didn’t want to bother them. After 15ish mins the server finally comes over and says oh you need silverware and napkins. I then asked about our potato wedges. Those took another 10mins to come to the table. She hardly came to our table. We got one refill and she brought us both the wrong drinks. Which ok, that’s fine but she was busy flirting ! Lol then she asked if we wanted more ranch. She went and got the ranch and basically tossed it on the table because she was trying to rush to get the boys attention she had

Order came out faster than we thought. The lady who served our table, Molly, was polite and nice. Food was good enough. Overall experience was better than what we read on reviews. Restroom was clean and had clean diaper changing area. Floor could have been more clean but it is a chicken place so.

Server was great but but the kitchen staff definitely got overwhelmed at one point as food was coming out at completely separate times than the rest of the table and it took a really long time to get our appetizers. Definitely seemed like a management issue.
