Jersey Mike's Subs

This Jersey Mike’s location is amazing. We frequent it often and we’re always greeted by the guys (and gal) at the counter. Brandon is always super friendly and helpful. All of them are nice and work quickly, but they also make sure to get your order right the first time. I’ve been to other locations that are nice, but usually get my order wrong or make the subs sloppy and wet, leave by the bread mushy. Thanks for the awesome experience every time, Anthem ????????

We go to Jersey Mike's quite a bit both at this location and others. The Anthem one probably the most. The sandwiches are very inconsistent especially on the quantity of items in the sandwich. They range from very good to minimal. My latest visit may be my last. I had ordered a big Kahuna Philly cheesesteak to go. When I opened it at home I was shocked at the minimal amount of the items. The sandwich was 85% bread and a thin area of the main ingredients with the chicken being the least and not even enough to cover the bread. I called to complain and the shift leader was apologetic and offered to make another one. Great except who wants to get back in the car to drive 10 minutes to get a replacement at night? It needs to be made right the first time especially with take out that you won't know how it is until you get home. I asked to have the store manager call. That was almost 2 weeks ago and never got that call. Shows how much they care.

Was not very good. I tried twice was not good either time. I tried it again a year later and it improved a lot. If the service and quality is maintained it will be my go to sub stop. Update: I've gone for quite some time and I have had nothing but good experiences, is now my go to sub shop.
