My experience today was horrible no mayonnaise lettuce was old Tomatoes looked old ask the guy to cut my sandwich in in half instead he cuts it in quarters love Jersey Mike's but this location is poorly managed
Was not very good. I tried twice was not good either time. I tried it again a year later and it improved a lot. If the service and quality is maintained it will be my go to sub stop. Update: I've gone for quite some time and I have had nothing but good experiences, is now my go to sub shop.
I found the help didn't want to make the sandwich the way I wanted it even though I'm paying for the sandwich. I know their teenagers trying to work but it's the mgr responsibility to satisfy the customer.
