Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This location is poorly managed! We’ve been coming since this location opened and just about every other time we come (evening hours) for custard, they either don’t make our order correctly or they’re out of an item, mostly of the time it’s peanuts in our case. Let me make a couple of suggestions for the manager… 1. Forecast your ordering of supplies by looking at the past and then add 10% more. 2. If you run out of a particular item, empower your employees to run to the grocery store that is 100ft away and purchase the item your out of until you get your resupply truck. Won’t be returning.

Fabulous double burgers with a mountain of fries. Love their thick shakes. Clean and friendly.

Went thru the drive thru today for a SINGLE Cheesburger, with grilled onions and ketchup…$7.32…what?? About 2 weeks ago ordered the same item and it was about $5.32! A $2 increase?! I understand prices are going up on everything but I guess it is signs of our time. Plus the lack of customer service was a lot to be desired…one of the girls at the window was chatting away on the phone and never acknowledged I was there for a whole 8 minutes. No wonder there is such a long wait line. Disappointed!
