Jerk Palace Caribbean Cuisine

First off let me start by saying that the young lady came from the back to place our order and did not greet, smile etc. I ordered Brown Stew chicken with White Rice Oxtail Gravy and Coco bread. I told her 2x. She assumed that I ordered rice and peas!! I sat down to wait for my food to be fixed. Once I received my order I noticed that I did not have any Oxtail gravy. The guy that fixed the food said that it was not on the ticket! It was not his fault! It was the young girls fault who didn’t even greet or apologize for her mistake!!!!! The food does not taste the same. I don’t know if they have a new cook. The chicken was so hard not tender at all!!!! My Coco bread was so hard. The food was not flavorful at all!!! A waste of my money.

Maybe change of cook's, but the last few times I've been ackee and salt fish too salty. Coco bread not fresh, hard as a rock.

Yesterday was our first time eating here. I had the jerk chicken plate. I killed the chicken in 2.5 seconds it was spicey and very good,the cabbage was NOT crunchy; it was perfect, the rice was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a lovely dinner for my family!
