Jason's Deli

This location of Jason's Deli is superb!!! The customer service is like none other. The lady in front of us in line was very elderly, and couldn't read the menu. The employee took the time to help her, never making her feel like a burden or rushed. I had to wait longer, but it was worth it for the kind interaction I witnessed. Food is ALWAYS good!! Consistent and hot. Everything in the building was clean, including the bathrooms.

I was here yesterday and went through drive through. It was 20 minutes from the time I got to the pay window before someone even opened it to speak to me. I think I was just forgotten about. When someone finally opened the window to speak to me, Andrea immediately apologized for the super long wait and when I went to hand my card to pay, she said it was on them for what happened and not to pay for it. I have had an amazing experience here every other time I came and I still would rate this experience above average just because of how Andrea handled this situation.

California Club Box not very good. They forgot the bacon gave me some old hard aged swiss cheese ( taste like stinky feet) . A very tiny bit of Guacamole. No flavor very blah. My cookie was very hard dried out ( a week old flavor) . Not very impressed.
