As much as I want to give 5 stars because of the service, the food just didn't taste good. The good: The service was amazing. Our waitress was lovely and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing, quiet, and modern. Would love to have drinks at the bar some time. The bad: The lobster tails were tough and the mashed potatoes were bland (my friend said the ones at the old folks' home were better). My steak was very tough and almost completely flavorless aside from the char flavor, which tasted like a dirty char instead of a smokey one. The asparagus was also incredibly undercooked. The shrimp and mango salsa were fine. Unfortunately, the best part of the meal was the bread.
Beautiful evening with service and smiles. They accept the Veterans Discounts so that's a plus! Excellent food as it was prepared and served timely. The bread and dipping pesto oil was also excellent. The keylime dessert ???? (not pictured) was pretty amazing, although I would've preferred it more room temperature melt in your mouth. Excellent overall!
My ALL TIME favorite restaurant in the area. Top notch food every time I come here! We both got Mahi Mahi. I had the pan Asian sauce and she got the mango salsa.
