Chili's Grill & Bar

Another poor experience, order rare steak ,get a medium, medium well. Ask for butter for my potato fully loaded, unknowingly brought out me there's garlic butter, so much garlic it destroyed my potatoes and my broccoli.

I'm not into chain restaurants by any stretch of the imagination, but my dining experience at Chili's was awesome. I didn't give them a 4 star rating for food only because my home cooking is the best. The food was extremely good, and I actually look forward to going back the next time I go to a larger city.

Chili's must be under new management or something because my latest visit was pleasantly surprising. When they were going through the tough times of being understaffed after Covid, I would go in not expecting much. The service wasn't great and food took awhile to come out. This last time I went, we (a group of 7) were seating right away during dinner hour. The staff was very accommodating by rearranging our seating to make it accessible for everyone in the group. They responded amazingly to my son who was having an embarrassing tantrum (you know, when a 2 year old doesn't want to sit in a highchair but wants to sit in a regular chair, but he's too small. So when we get him a booster seat, it's still not good enough). They helped calm him down by bringing him out some mandarin oranges (thank you!).
