Jason's Deli

We were in Hoover for one night. My husband found Jason’s Deli and it was next to our hotel. I tried to order on line but it didn’t take my order so I called to place my order. I ordered a Ruben with broccoli and a 1/4 Ham and provolone muffuletta. Hubby said his Ruben was good but my sandwich is to die for!!! The slightly crusty roll held the olive salad ham and melted provolone slid across my tongue and sent a delicious flavors to my senses. I can’t begin to encourage people to try this sandwich. It’s a creole culture phenomenon

I loved how open this Jason’s deli is! It makes it extremely easy to maneuver around in. The store was nice and clean and the employee were very patient. The food was delicious and I was so excited to see that they sell chocolate cake! Maybe it’s just at this location but it was very moist and cooked perfectly. My favorite is the club royal and the amazing salad bar. I really appreciated that there was an employee (Patrick) walking around helping everyone. My aunt is on oxygen and it’s hard for her to carry her plate and oxygen tank to the table. Patrick was so sweet and caring, as soon as he saw my aunt struggling, he came right over and carried her plate to the table. He made sure that everyone at the table always had a full drink and to go containers. Patrick, thank you for smiling and being so kind. You really made my aunts first visit to Jason’s Deli perfect. She is already planning her next visit.Jason’s deli is lucky to have an employee like you.

Chicken club salad, subbed chicken for salmon and added cucumber and mushrooms. I had to call and ask for my salad dressing after the salad had already been brought out to my car. Glad I checked before I drove 25 minutes home. Cheese was so thickly layered on the salad (like cheese was a filler) that the salad was inedible. One full forkful was cheese only. The salmon texture and taste was like a pre-packaged, warmed up, microwaved-cooked piece of meat. Jason's has gone down significantly. Terribly disappointed.
