Chick-fil-A

The drive through line was long, however pasted through it rather quickly. Young lady named, Carleigh took my order. Very detailed, professional, and friendly. Terribly cold out but she didn't seem to mind.

I’ve had few orders here for awhile with DoorDash. Usually I have a good experience with picking up with Chick-fil-a in general but recently at this location staff has been very rude. I was told by one of the managers that they have been having problems with dashers taking food and not delivering them, apparently. I understand that that’s extremely frustrating, but that does not give them the right to ignore me and be short with me. I come to pick up and I’m ignored my staff and managers; when I finally get someone to check on my order and if it’s not there then they’ll come back to tell me it’s gone so too bad with a dismissive attitude by management. It’s only this Chick-fil-a I have problems with when it comes to DoorDash. Like I said, I understand it’s frustrating but don’t shoot the messenger.

Service was outstanding and so was the meal. The employees should get a pat on the back for their service to the customers which there were a lot of at the time that I was there. Even though they were packed the speed of service was very fast and prepared just as I requested. Clean restrooms, nice indoor dining area, parking if you're dining in is a little bit on the tight side especially during lunch. But drive-thru moves very quickly.
