I spent over an hour in drive-through with only 4 cars in front of me. To finally get to the window To see people standing around doing nothing. My milkshake wasn't even blended they threw the scoops of ice cream in poured some milk in and handed it to me. I've been to this location many times and it used to be great I would highly recommend not visiting anymore until they get new management or staff

***UPDATE 8-15-2022*** We stopped by yesterday and had good service and some great, hot food! The country fried steak and gravy with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans and biscuit hit the mark!!! The store was clean. Food had to be cooked, but we didn't mind at all! We love hot, fresh food!! The all white plate pictures are from yesterday.*** It was chaotic. The girl at the register must have been new and that's fine. She should have had someone with her because she was struggling bad with the crowd that was in there. The manager on the floor needs to learn not to tell at the employees in front of customers! That is not good leadership! Leadership is talking to them in a small group setting, one on one, or in a more controlled tone and guiding them in their roles in their jobs in the restaurant. The new chicken nuggets are a joke. I got the 12 piece with fries $6.99. well the "nuggets" were a very tiny piece of chicken full of crunch. They were very small not worth the price.
