I waited soooooooooooooooo- long, granted it's a busy Friday night, but no one should have to wait OVER 30 MINUTES for a meal. The people working didn't seem like they cared about getting orders out. Our order was *mostly* correct. We had a burger for our child who is autistic and hates mustard, we ordered it with NO mustard, it still had mustard on it. $12 burger was ruined as she would not eat it. The fries were soggy and mostly cold. We did make a mobile order for this order but we only live a few minutes away so the food should have been hot and fresh. It was almost like we got an old order that someone forgot. I know this location is usually not this bad so we will probably give it another shot, but this visit was not great.
I recently visited this Jack in the Box and had a deeply disappointing encounter with one of their employees. Not only did they make an unfounded and inappropriate comment about my girlfriend, but they also attempted to incite a domestic dispute. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this incident tarnished my experience and left a lasting negative impression. I hope Jack in the Box takes this matter seriously and addresses it to ensure that all customers feel valued and comfortable when dining at their establishment. I strongly discourage others from patronizing Jack in the Box based on my recent experience. The incident involving an employee making false accusations about my girlfriend and attempting to create unnecessary conflict was incredibly distressing.
