Jack in the Box

The past 4-5 times my wife and I have gone to this location the same disgustingly rude, unprofessional, POS employee has given us the worst attitude. Tonight I asked for TWO ice waters at the window, and the employee rolled her eyes, sighed, didn't respond, took my card and shut the window. When she gave us the waters, she didn't put any ice in them, after asking nicely. I work late, and Jack In The Box is one of the only open spots around here late at night. It’s discouraging that I no longer want to eat here just because an employee who clearly hates her job. FYI its the African American lady who works the window.

I've always liked this location and tonight was no different the food was hot and fresh as always and the girl who helped us, I believe her name was anissa, was incredibly sweet and helpful and she made sure we had plenty of sauces like we asked

I pull up to the drive thru one person in front of me I am happy going to be fast. I ask about the French toast sticks and then I order them before I can order anything else I hear pull up I will have your total. I say hello and get no response. I pull up after about a 5 minute wait for the car in front I get there she tells me my to y al and I say I was trying to order a drink then I hear a long deep sight I tell her what drink she says the total give her my payment I get the food and drink them my card. No receipt so I can make sure what I paid for. The window slams and she walks away from the window. I snap a quick pic and leave. If you hate your customer facing job to the point where you are rude find something else.
