I stop there they accept only drive true I was walking , and super hungry and they don’t let me order because I was walking and even though I ask someone was having the car she say not , they are crazy or have mental problem I never see this before , the say not even I have drive car there because she see me ask someone to help me , they are so ridiculous and was empty also I will never back to this place

The Jack in the a Box team was disrespectful to me from the beginning. It was 00:30 AM and I was in drive thru. I had 2 orders from Doordash. Well when I went to the window without my vehicle the cashier gave me first order cuz the order was ready( less items) and when he was about start doin second order the FAT girl from the team said something to the guy and he was like to me “when it’s gonna be ready I’ll bring it to you” I said okw. I waited 15minute to get the second order. It was still not ready because costumer had more items in his order. I went to the window again and said “Can I get my second order” guy was like “not ready yet” but the team was able to serve others cuz they was busy by doin others orders from DRIVE TRHU. The guy disrespected me by saying “Oh no u have to wait cuz u don’t have a vehicle and when it’s gonna be ready I’ll give it to you”. What is the point if I get my first order without vehicle and on the second one he said this to me? When I tried to explain
