The food and atmosphere was great. Unexpectedly we made it in time for happy hour, and they had numerous choices on there for a great price. I had two different drinks and both were tasty. … More
My favorite restaurant in San Diego by far. The overall aesthetic of the restaurant was very pleasing. The antiques that they incorporated into the overall experience was a very unique touch. I find it ironic that they were playing music from artists such as Weezer, nirvana- they played 3 red hot chili pepper songs. You'd expect a restaurant of this quality to play jazz and whatnot. I'm not complaining though- it certainly added to my experience. Our server was very friendly. Everything came out in a quick fashion. The food was incredible. There is truly no way to put it into words. If you're in little Italy, this is a wonderful spot to grab a quick bite and chat.
Sat for 20 minutes and 2 other tables seated after us being served. My wife was excited to try the Bloody Mary bar but did not want to chase down anyone for service. Do not appear to be understaffed. Decided to stick around because maybe the food would be good. Nope! Pork belly tasted old and reheated. Avocado has black spots. Just want my check and leave. Picture is what I am leaving behind.
