Jack in the Box

This jack in the box has something wrong with it EVERY TIME I try and go to order food from there. The last time we went it was 6pm and their lobby was closed. They said it was because they were short staffed. We walked there so we couldn't get food from the drive through. Ok fine, they were short staffed. The next few times after that their excuses ranged from they couldn't give us any shakes due to machine being down/cleaned, they were only accepting card payments, they were only accepting cash payments and that they were too backed up with orders so we were going to have to wait for long wait times. Tonight, however, we go and they said they couldn't take out order because they were ONLY taking Mobile Orders. So they couldn't just push my order into their screen and take my money as I was there as they were waiting for more mobile orders to come pick up their food? Like really? I worked for Jack in the box years ago and I knew a couple workers who would lie to cars to get them to ju

I've been going to this Jack in the Box for 5 years and lately I been very disappointed in the service to the point that the drive thru employee's are severely rude to my service. I didn't care about the rudeness all I cared about was them forgetting 3 items of my order that I paid 38 dollars for all together and when I got home and realized what was missing I called and the employee told me they couldn't do anything for me. So can you guys make things right for me?

Went to this location to get my dinner and use the restroom. When I entered the men's restroom, I was hit with a very strong odor of sewer gas. The toilet paper was all but gone and the sink looked like a pig took a bath in it. It was so bad that I had to immediately walk out. I notified the manager and they said that they will take care of it. I waited several minutes and nobody showed up. I gave up, grabbed my food and hit the road. I ordered the number 11 chicken sandwich without cheese and ranch with a large drink and small fry. I started munching on the fries and the top few were fresh while the rest were old and disgusting, I couldn't finish them. I was hoping that the sandwich was better but....nooo, it was just as bad. Tasted old and fried more than once . The bun was even horrible. What a complete waste of $10.
