They have a bad habit of asking ppl to pull up while they wait for something. In my case I was waiting for egg rolls only to get a cold and stale chicken sandwich

This location is a hit or miss sometimes so I'm going to give a general review to help you out. This store has a hard time keeping workers but the one that they do have try their hardest to provide the quality service that they are available to give. Most of the time they run out of products but it's due to being in a very very busy location and they sale food all day. My suggestions would be to increase wages and shorten the work hours and hire more people. Change the work week for full time to 4 days working and 3 days off. Part time to 3 days on 4 days off. Go from 8 to 12 employees to 15 to 20 employees including managers. Give benefits and bonuses and watch how serious people take the job.

Sorry. This was the wrong location.. This one I never have problems with. The one I'm speaking of below is the one on Lindbergh and Thunderbird. Every time I come to this location there's a different excuse. A shift change at 8:20 when they close at 10, in the morning not a person in line, but I'm told they're only doing online orders which makes no sense. They seriously need to consider hiring people that actually want to work
