Unbelievably trashy manager. Absolutely the bottom of the barrel. Avoid at all costs !!!! How someone like that has a job at all is beyond me. Spend less time smoking cigarettes outside and more time working if you have a job

Once again, no working milkshake machine. Wife had a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and a coke. I had double cheeseburgers and a basket of fries. Her bottom bub was as hard as a rock. Both orders of fries were hard and dried out. Called called local corporate office and was treated to n extremely rude person. Was told about a policy that requires me to waste more time and money to return the bad food and then hung up on when I argued that not all policies make sense
