Jack in the Box

My burger was so dry it must’ve been sitting on the shelf a while before it got to me. I ordered loaded mini tacos, but I received just the mini tacos. I didn’t even get hot sauce. My overall experience was not satisfactory. The jalapeño poppers are always good though!

Very busy at 11:30 am I asked for the western burger ???? with NO onions. The lady working drive through said there is NO onions on the burger. I got to the window, I paid for the meal. A gentleman handed me my drink, my change, and my food. He was polite, she had been polite as well and bith were effient. I drive away, I was happy ???? then I pull the burger out and it is covered in ONIONS ???? ????. I could not go back. I scraped the onions off. I took a bite and it taste like onions. I could not eat my burger. YES, I should have checked before I drove away. I was in a hurry.
