Ordered 5 pizzas. All 5 of them were overcooked. The dow was burnt in the back. Very disappointed!!!
I ordered Blaze today. Large pepperoni. The pizza was 10 minutes late, not the end of the world, but the pizza was partly burned and generally overcooked. No apology. Put it in a box and said the bottom wasn't burned. There were 5 employees in the store and few customers. Should have offered to cook a new one or a coupon or something. I was liking Blaze but this experience was unsatisfactory.
