Decent food. Sub par service. I have looked at several other reviews and see the same issue. The hostess at the front seemed to have an attitude. She did not give a greeting, walked us to our table, set the menus down and left. We had 2 young children with us and she walked away before we could even sit in the booth and request a high chair.

J Christopher’s is one of my favorite breakfast spots but the Canton location has been a BIG disappointment and I won’t be back. The quality of customer service is lacking. Checking an order is a basic thing! I should not have to double check your work!!There is nothing more infuriating than arriving home with the order to a hungry crowd and there are several items missing- after letting it slide twice, today I was just over ???? it! Angel the manager needs incentives for accuracy. The restaurant was virtually empty with more than enough staff,, so this was just poor service. I requested a refund unwilling to burn more gas - I hate to say it but I’ll probably have to follow up on this bill -smh ????

Today was my first time visiting this new location and we were celebrating my daughters birthday with her grandparents. After waiting and hour to get a table(very short staffed that I understand and do not mind waiting). Put 5 people at a booth with a chair on the end made it tight with all the plates. We finally order with nothing special besides one of us wanted toast instead of the muffin. Everyone besides my moms waffle came out wrong to the table and nothing came out together. Everyone but me and my dad had their food. We were there to celebrate with family my daughter and in stead we all left frustrated and upset. It seems the place is me ran by high schoolers and I would bet a lot are not old enough to be working. There was also a big language barrier with the server. It was so bad my dad want to just get up and leave and not eat.. needless to say no tip was left and a note written on the receipt. Manager didn't even seem to care. I will not be returning to this restaurant and C
