Panda Express

For bowls not enough portion of chicken! Disappointed; when asked if they could more on my bowl, they just kinda shrugged their shoulders!!!

I write this review as a person who enjoys Panda Express, but this location is horrible. We have tried to give it chance after chance and every single time we go they are out of pretty much everything, this time they were out of teriyaki chicken and white rice? Not sure how you can be out of white rice with a Publix connected to the same parking lot. We got two bowls and got all the way home and one bowl had 2 maybe 3 extremely small pieces of beef in it. They also do not cook things correctly compared to other panda expresses...The fried rice is always extremely mushy overcooked and flavorless. This Panda Express is typically busy (I’m not sure how) so I’m sure that plays a factor, but the quality of the food at this panda location is so horrible compared to other locations. Avoid!!!

This food is not always fast. They have a strange way of handling orders that require extra preparation time in the drive thru. They say," It will take 10 minutes for that chicken. Do you still want it?" If you say yes, you don't pull up into a parking spot. You wait at the window, which means everyone has to wait on your order to be prepared. There is often a line of cars going around the building and it can take 30+ minutes to get through the drive through.
