I've tried my best to like Zaxby's but their biggest enemy is themselves. The quality is so inconsistent it's ridiculous and I think the Riverstone location is racing to the bottom of the Zaxby's chain. I've tried this location many times and I'm over it. One consolation is that Katie was friendly and tried her best to pick up the slack from her rude coworker.
I’m not normally one to write a whole bad review over something small. but it’s happened over and over and over so it’s just annoying. this location really needs to learn what extra means. apparently this is what they think extra fries is. but they definitely do not forget to charge you for it lol. just really annoying.
Over priced for a joke of a portion.$8 for this plus a piece of bread.No seasoning on it or the fries. FRIES WE COLD AND YUCK...Chicken so small..like a child's size.I WILL not be going to Zaxbys anymore. BOTH in Canton are the same way..
