Line was long during dinner, but of course the wait time wasn’t too long. Maybe about 10 minutes or so. Ordered the animal fries with a cheeseburger. So good! The employees were very friendly like always, and they got our order correct. Food was fresh fresh fresh.
I'm from east coast so that was my first time at in-n-out... Very good cheeseburger but I can't say the same for the fries... Maybe I was unlucky because there was a guy who cut the potatoes before frying them. never seen.
My daughter went here today to get us a burger and fries. We always get raw onions. Unfortunately, our request wasn't honored. She had to get the burgers remade twice and still they continued to put cooked onions on the burgers. In addition, the burger was burnt and soggy and the fries were cold. We've never had a bad experience with In & Out... to top it off, the lids on the soda cups fell off because they weren't the right size..causing the soda to spill everywhere. I just couldn't believe the order was wrong and disgusting after two tries...soda everywhere. My daughter asked repeatedly if the order was correct both times. I will go to the Arlington location next visit.. smh.
