Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili's is well known for baby back ribs. Of all the times I have been there in my long life the ribs have always been excellent. Always all meat and no fat. Today was the complete opposite. All fat and hardly any meat. I usually order a 1/2 a rack. But today I ordered a whole rack because I expected them to be as delicious as always and wanted them to take home with me. Turned out to be an expensive meal for nothing. When the cook looked at those ribs in the kitchen they should have seen that they were nothing but fat and rejected them. They should have recognized they were not worth serving to anyone. The service was pretty lousy today also. The waitress came and took the order delivered the food and was never seen again. Until she brought the pay tablet. I definitely will not go back to this location.

I had a real good experience here with my son and his homeboy. You would recommend that anyone come here and enjoy a great meal and awesome environment.

Food was great. Service sucked. Waiter took about 30 mins to take our order. He was visiting with other table. It looked like he was babysitting as he was walking around with a baby, even when he eventually took our order. When we were leaving he was changing the baby's diaper in the booth next to where we were sitting.
