This was my first time coming to Ijji Noodle HouseWe came for dinner, we're greeted and sat down quickly which was very great! The staff was very nice, the feng shui was a vibe and just an authentic atmosphere. We mainly came for the ramen, but they do have Pho, Poke Bowls, Bibimbap and many other spectacular dishes on their menu as well that I can not wait to come back and try. I went ahead and ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen. It was so rich, savory and just really tasty and good! The egg was boiled to perfection and the pork belly cooked very nicely. The egg noodles were just the right amount of a perfect softness which made the soup absolutely on point! My mouth is watering as I'm tying this up! Lol It was such an incredible authentic ramen in my opinion. Hands down 10 out of 10!! Also went ahead and ordered the House Fried Rice along with a couple of appetizers. This was my first experience having ramen and I loved it! It was delicious and a huge portion size for the price! Im glad we got to try this place and taste how different they can make ramen! I will definitely be going back for more! I do wish we got to sit in the main restaurant area, but we were in the other side which was super bright due to the sun going down. This was the only downside we had, well besides one of us having difficulty and making quite the large mess when putting the leftovers in the containers lol. All in all it was great food and great experience!
