Our waitress Kenzie wasnt there almost the entire time. The food we got was good but we didnt get the honey mustard we asked for, extra onions with the steak tips, or syrup for the pancakes. It wasnt the best experience.
We went for lunch today and had a late breakfast. The food was amazing, probably the cleanest ihop we had been to in a while. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in my travels. The food was spot on! Our waitress, Annabelle, was amazing and very attentive! We will definitely be going back. Ran into the manager on the way out and he was very approachable as well. He was very gracious to have us there. All around an awesome experience! Kid-friendliness: Annabelle had patience with our 2 young ones and even helped recommend items to the oldest as well as add items when our youngest changed his mind after taking our order. She didn’t seem putout as others have and was willing to work with them. Can’t say enough as to how awesome she was.
Waited at host stand for 5 minutes before knocking on the kitchen door to be seated. Floor was covered in dirt, food, and syrup. At 5:30 on a Sunday I couldn't get a salad so as a side so I was given 4 onion rings. Employees didn't seem to care that the restaurant floor was filthy and that nothing was prepared.
