Awesome service and every employee I've encountered here have been very friendly and helpful. The food is good too. Our favorites being the original fried chicken sandwich and the popcorn chicken. The ghost pepper dipping sauce is super good too. Only downside being it's a little more expensive than some other places and I don't particularly like that they call everything a "combo" and they don't even come with drinks like combos pretty much anywhere else. It doesn't seem to be an option to by just a sandwich or just chicken if you didn't want the "combo."

Went through the drive up and Jacob was very friendly with quick service. Ordered popcorn chicken with Mac & Cheese and was very good. We frequent Chick N Max and never disappointed; always great service and food.

I have never had an experience that could even be considered lackluster. Every time my family and I eat here it is a wonderful experience! The tenders are always tender and juicy, the mac n cheese is thick and creamy, and the dipping sauce selection is fantastic. The staff are cheerful and always greet us when we come in. They even deliver our food to us at the table! They are very family-friendly, with Mondays being "Parents eat free" and Sundays their family meal is on sale. We are frequent guests and will continue to be for the forseeable future! Extra bonus: they are a local company, purchase many ingredients from other local businesses, and offer fundraising opportunities for schools and community groups!
