Food is nice as usual. Service - well typical American service. I just feel like nobody wants to actually work in the service industry which I’m not surprised about. But my waitress was actually nice enough. Atmosphere was chill, I went at 2pm so it wasn’t crowded which I liked. It was quiet.
First time at this ihop, man at the front with the long dreads in a ponytail barely greeted us. Led us to the table and just dropped menus on it and walked away. Ok. Don’t like working here then quit! Food was good, especially the fries. Tables didn’t have salt & pepper condiments except the syrups. The young man taking our order was great and gave great customer service. Checkout was quick and easy.
Yesterday we have been at Coney Island IHOP that was good. Today the complete opposite experience. From the steak to the side salat and smashed potatoes poor quality and presentation of the food.
