We placed an order via the IHOP website and had it delivered to our place of business. We ordered an omelet which was good and two Jalapenos Burgers, both burgers by the looks of it seemed like it was cooked for color on both sides and it was completely raw on the inside, and had no seasoning. We called in around 12:15 pm and reported it, the lady on the phone stated that we would need to bring it back to the restaurant and have them look at it for them to do anything about it. We had it delivered because we are at work so if we were able to bring it to them, we wouldn't have had it delivered in the first place. The online ordering options should also include options on how the customer wants their food cooked.
Ordered 2x2x2 online. Found gum in the plate, which was under the pancakes, after I was halfway through the meal. I had to drive all the way back to get a refund. Not to mention this is also in the height of Covid-19 and gum in a customer's food is extremely unsafe. UPDATE- I also wanted to mention what happened when I went back to ask for the refund. The manager tried to tell me the green gum was egg when its clearly a chewed piece of gum. She tried to gaslight me about what was on the plate and didn't even apologize or offer any solution to help rectify my inconvenience of having to drive back to get a refund because I wasn't able to finish my food due to an error on their part. That's terrible customer service and I was highly disappointed with my experience from this iHop location. You have to treat your customers better than that. I wouldn't lie about gum in my plate especially if it causes me to drive all the way back just for $8. I would've liked to just ate my meal rather than
