We were told that it was going to be a 30min wait time. We waited for 2 hours to get seated and order our food. When the food came it was another table’s order. They forgot one thing in my omelette that I ordered. I didn’t want to deal with waiting again, so we finished up eating and waited for our check. Our server disappeared and two other tables are also waiting for their check. At some point, we and the other table stood up to wait for somebody to let us pay so we could leave.
Currently under staffed like many restaurants. Did a to go order and they missed two meals entirely. I called and let them know they said to come back for them. They didn't start making them until I arrived. Food was what you expect from IHOP. Consistent and pretty good.
