Amazing! My family and I love this place and we come as often as we can. Tidy the card reader is down and they’ve got WORLD CLASS customer service. The team is so kind and apologetic even though they’re busy and I’m sure stressed by the tech problems. My daughter and I were just coming in for a hot chocolate and they even gave it to us on the house. Anna sets the bar high and her team live up to it. Sarah was helpful, knowledgeable, and so patient with us. I’ve never had a bad meal and their pastries are inventive and phenomenally tasty. This place should become a tourist destination for the greater KC area, it’s that good. Kid-friendliness: There aren’t kid activities but they are so kind to my children. Parking: There is enough parking out front and around the side to have access. Not great but good enough.
