Hooters

We sat for over an hour and never got our food. People that came in after us did get food. I understand being short staffed but that is getting ridiculous. Talked to the manager and she just acted like it was no big deal. The waitress was awesome with every thing. Completely not her fault at all.

Our first time in AL and one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were waiting for the food sooooo long. The server blamed kitchen staff but she didn’t tell us about it earlier when we placed our order. Tables are very sticky. Very poor services!!!

Horrible service. A party of 2 and it took us almost 2 hours to get our food and there was not that many customers there. Our waitress fill up our drink one time because she was to busy socializing and flirting with one specific table and wouldn't give anybody else service. All that to say if ur looking for good quality service go somewhere else. Horrible experience.
