The fries were not fresh or hot. I almost took them back. The chicken sandwich was a little soggy wasn't fresh and icecream was like it must have been the last of the batch didn't taste all that great.
The staff caught a mistake that was made with my order. They were very attentive to the matter and refunded my money back to my card. They had a great attitude and made a sincere apology. I thank them for catching the error. Also, the food was made to perfection. My meal was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the meal thoroughly. Thanks Chic FIL A. Keep up the great work ethic????
My food and drink was ready by the time I was done ordering. The line was wrapped around the building, nearly to the street, however we walked in and had our food within 5 minutes. The supplies were stocked full with condiments and utensils. Tables were clean, environment was bright and inviting. This landed on one of my best fast food experiences.
