Taco Bell

This is the only Taco Bell on the area where the employees actually know how to do their jobs! Wonderful experience!!! They ALL need a pay raise!

They must have some upset employees that don't care about the food they put out. I was given this Mexican Pizza, drove home and went all the way back because this was totally unacceptable. They did make me another one when I got back and gave me a free taco coupon...

I would give a ZERO star if possible. We stopped at the Taco Bell at 101 Cahaba Valley Pkwy in Pelham AL to dine-in. We were greeted with a sign that stated "For faster service order at the kiosk or use the app". We tried to order at the kiosk but the mexican pizza was not offered. This was confirmed by one of the employees who then got her manager. We were told to go through the drive thru if we wanted to order because they were short staffed. This was extremely unprofessional as the dining room was open and they did not offer this item on the kiosk. The manager refused to take our order inside even though there was enough staff including herself that could have taken our order in the time it took them to check the kiosk and tell us to order via the drive thru. Another couple waiting behind us left as well after hearing this. Very rude and we will be telling others about our experience.
