This restaurant serves Cantonese cuisine. Although the air conditioning system of the restaurant is not working, it provides one of the most authentic Cantonese food in California. The efficiency of making the food is surprisingly fast, and the quality of the food is great.
Very good! I’m pretty unfamiliar with traditional Chinese food, so I went with the beef. (Can’t remember the exact name of the dish). It was flavorful and filling.
The only passable dish among my 3-course supper is stir fried beef rice noodles. Toufu clay pot is not bad. The savory baked chicken was a disappointment. It feels as if it was thawed from the freezer in a microwave oven with a sauce added before serving. Will avoid if other options are available.
