I couldn’t believe this was my brisket plate. The most disappointing bbq experience I’ve ever had hands down. I had high hopes because this place was highly rated. I cannot imagine someone cut this brisket and had the audacity plate and serve it. Getting two stars because the staff was at least friendly. I would not recommend the kettle beans.
Holy Cow that was good! So I was searching for some good BBQ this was my first time ordering and I’m very pleased with my choice. I ordered the BBQ plate #2 two meats and a side. Brisket yum and tender has good flavor. BabyBack ribs also tender and flavorful. BBQ has a little bang in the back! Collard Greens kinda sweet also a kick in the back! Oh and the Garlic roll just the right touch. Recommend for sure!
The vibe of this restaurant was really neat and a great place for getting a bite. There are drinks and plenty of menu options. I don’t think the food is worth the value and I would not recommend if looking for a good barbecue spot. I ordered a half rack of baby back ribs, street corn, half dozen rolls, and two sids of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The ribs were not very tender and were alright. The rolls didn’t have that buttery, tasty flavor that many rolls do and were pretty dry. The street corn was delicious and my favorite part of the meal. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were both okay. Overall food rating is a 6/10 and the restaurant seemed cool so probably a 7/10.
