Made a large online order on the blaze app and came at 8:10pm to pick up. Google maps said it closes at 9pm but saw a paper sign saying they are closed early at 8pm. No update on the blaze app or google maps at all.
This was...chaos. I came in & ordered around 6:40pm, I didn't leave until about 7:20pm. There were a good amount of customers but not more than you'd see in a Chipotle at lunch. There was a lot of confusion on the orders. A few/several of the names were wrong (incorrectly heard/written down) which caused confusion/delay in the pick up process. There was also no apparent order to how the pizzas were going in. I came in at 6:40 and watched as other people who ordered got their pizzas before me. I wasn't the only one. I was standing behind a guy who had been there for over 45 minutes. He continually asked about his order and they kept telling him it was almost done. Come to find out, it was never done. I'm surprised the dude kept his cool. My pizza eventually came out and I watched as it sat on the counter for about 10 mins before they boxed it up. It was lukewarm by the time I got to my car and modestly warm by the time I got home. The pizza itself was pretty good but I don't know that
When you walk through the door you immediately know that positive energy you're greeted with, will be placed in your pizza. It's always a great atmosphere with a great slice of pie to boot. Thanks team Blaze!!!
