I had complained for the food as it wasn't prepared well and called manager who was not there to address customer complaints. There was a lady who came in when asked for manager again. She never accepted the problem we were telling to her. On top of that she is asking customer to go and complain to the place from where they got the frozen vegetables. Isn't it there responsibility to make sure whatever they are serving is good and edible ? It was full of Okra stems (front side) which no one will eat. One two pieces anyone can understand..and probably keep it aside and enjoy the food. Ours was full of it.. every bite one piece of that junk stem was coming. We showed it to her as well. Can you imagine she can eat that ;) !! And was expecting us to eat too.. pathetic..how are running the restaurant business? I was excited to try a new place & I am sad to say I was disappointed tonight. I would advise anyone that loves Chicken 65 to steer away from this one. It was a horrible breaded mess. Barely any chicken and the sauce/coating was nothing “65” about it. Had no flavor and I tried giving it a chance; to where I feel sick to my stomach. The slight saving grace was my order of Nepali Dal Fry. It is lacking umami/balance but it’ll have to do.
