I really like the food here and the service is great but the quality sometimes sours the experience. 9 times out of ten I have old, hard rice mixed in with the regular rice. If you eat rice, you know that that is unacceptable and it’s a pain picking out the hard rice. As a restaurant that serves rice as one of its main course, you would think they would take better care in making sure the rice is at least good and edible. In the order for the picture below, I accidentally ordered a regular and that is what they gave me. The servings are the same as a small, and their drinks almost always have dirt on top of the can. Normally I just wipe it but there were dirt in the crevices of where the can opens, it’s not that easy to wipe it off. It’s always one bad experience after another, very rarely is it a good one. I want to like this place but at this rate I don’t think I will be returning.
Loved it! Saw this while in KC while in town for softball tournament. Decided to try this for something different and we LOVED it. Food was amazing and delivered to table fast! Everyone there was very friendly. Neat, clean, may come back this weekend. But will definitely come back in the future! I wish they had these in St Louis!
If you order the salad maybe look at it before you leave the drive thru. Browned and wilted "greens" and mushrooms. They should just probably take this off the menu.
