Chipotle Mexican Grill

The lady who stands at the beginning of the line, makes you wait while is filling online orders as customers are standing in front of her ready to place on order. I assume she is a manager or the owner. I asked for a side of guacamole today and was ready to pay for it. However, the same lady did not give it to me and falsely claimed that she had placed guacamole on my veggie bowl when she heard the cashiers saying that guacamole comes with the veggie bowl. I was ready to pay for a side of guacamole but as soon as she was told that I don’t need to pay for it, she falsely claimed that she had already placed it in my bowl and did not give me my side guacamole. This is very dishonest way of doing a business and she basically stole guacamole from my food for her own profit!! She needs to know that she is WRONG!! She basically lied to me in front of my own eyes!! I should have asked her to open the lid and let me verify it; but I trusted her. I came home and there was NO guacamole on my bowl

I hadn't been here since pre-pandemic and had forgotten how yummy their food can be! My choice was the salad bowl with pollo asado. Perfection except for the heavy salt content. It made my mouth pucker when I had a bite that wasn't mixed with enough of the lettuce, beans, rice, and salsa. I'll give it a try another day because the flavor was so good, but may have to skip Chipotle if they stay heavy handed in the salt.

These poor folks are over worked and under staffed. They do a great job handling it and working through the crowds. Hopefully the new one up the street will reduce there load a little bit.
