I like this Fazoli's and frequent it many times. Lately, it seems the sauce fairy has been a victim of the supply issue. Per the two pics, i hardly had enough sauce with each bite, let alone any leftover for my breadsticks. I still favor Fazoli's breadsticks over Olive Garden, but will have to start mentioning not to be so stingy with the sauce next time. The dishes served are always hot which is great !
The staff was quite friendly and pleasant. The food isn't quite as good as it used to be before COVID. Plenty of parking. Place was fairly clean. Rest room was even pretty clean. No dedicated motorcycle parking. This place has Pepsi products, which I prefer. Free refills of soft drinks. Bread sticks are still good, especially when they're hot. I give them a solid 3 stars, but they could push it to 4 with just a little work.
I highly recommend Shawnee location now. New Manager, Edith, has greatly improved this store. I have visited several times recently and the service, food quality, store cleanliness, and pricing has been excellent. I could not say this about 6 to 8 months ago.
