Stephanie is so RUDE!!! Placed an order for a chicken pita melt. Got home and there was NO meat at all! She told me to call a 3rd party for a refund. Also, she was touching food and then the trash can—disgusting! Owner is so full of it! That is not how the conversation went. Instead of being rude to customers online —-stand up and apologize and leave it that way. Flipping it around like I was rude is another fault of bad ownership! And maybe train your staff how to make the meal correctly and NOT touch dirty trash cans. I would have respected it if Stephanie sounded like she cared about the mistake-FAR from that…and now I see where she learned it from! I NEVER EVER said anything about calling corporate so you are making things up!

In person we order two gyro platters, not only was the gyro awful, but the lamb meat was so salty it was inedible. We also ordered and was assured extra tziki sauce, but when I arrived home to open my bag there was none. I read the comments and reviews before deciding to come here and they must be related to the owners to say food like that even tastes good. I will never order from here again - disappointed

Awsome place ,awsome food. Went on 11/8/22 Had the gyro and chicken on a pita. Also the gyro quesadilla. Loved them both. My 3rd time going in a week. Good gyro meat.Had an awsome time talking to the owner( Irving Rodriguez)about NYC. He's a retired NYPD detective that worked in TheBronx and Manhattan. Good memories. Good conversation. If your in Law enforcement, fire fighter or military, please stop by and leave a patch from your unit. He has a collection display in the restaurant from his personal patches to friends patches and visitors patches showing support. I recommend this place. Hope this review helps with your decision.
