Placed an order on the app they put my name on the bag for pick up with someone else's food inside. Tried to call up and explain it. The manager Sean is 100% worthless hung up I called back he told me I had to go back on the app to correct it there's nothing he could do what a worthless manager will definitely not revisit that restaurant ever
Consistently the worst chipotle I’ve been too. Always issues with orders at this location. I ordered pickup tonight for my wife and I, $32 with a tip for two bowls. We get home and both bowls are barely full and I counted 6 little cubes of chicken for the double meat I ordered! Six!!! And then when you try to call the store it refers you to pepper and then when you use pepper it just keeps looping to the app with no solution or response. Just infuriating, can not recommend this location.
It was ???????????? and they didn't even charge me for double Barbacoa in my Fajita Bowl!! ????????
