I ordered food for delivery and I am beyond disappointed. I didn't get any bacon in the chicken bacon quesadilla the food was cold, hard, and dry. I didn't get any sour cream or Pico de Gallo. The food is usually good here but this is not okay. I also ordered an appetizer and let's just say that I won't be ordering from here again. What a waste of $50!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Experience with chilli's with my family was favorable. The service was somewhat slow. There was only one person attending customers in dining area. However, the employee was doing the best he could. Kid-friendliness: My grandson, he is 6 and enjoyed his chicken tender meal.
I love that they have the option for me to join the waitlist before arriving because this place can get pretty busy. I’m a fan of the 2 for 1 drinks. Margaritas specials are also great. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really delicious and then there are times when it’s so dry and hard that I can’t even finish it. I’ve never had a issue with the service and everyone’s always friendly. Cleanliness can use a little work. Our tables and booths can use a wipe down before seating guests. Needless to say, I’m here for the drinks. That’s all lol!
